The Physical fitness standard is set at a higher intensity than the Health, with an emphasis on a more rigorous exercise program. For physically fit people of all ages, simply following the health Standards may not be enough.
For these people they may try to reach a vigorous, 70%+, cardiorespiratory training zone.
